🔁 Refunds & Returns Policy

At Rustic Craft, we take pride in producing bespoke, made-to-order wooden products. As such, the following policy applies:
1. Made-to-Order & Custom Items
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on custom or made-to-order items unless they are damaged or faulty.
2. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a clear description and photographs of the issue. We will either repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with your consumer rights.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders for bespoke products can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, production may begin and cancellations may not be possible.
4. Return Shipping
If a return is authorised due to a fault, we will cover reasonable return postage costs. Returns must be securely packaged and returned in original condition.
